These Terms govern your use of InspectIQ's marketing website and application services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

InspectIQ provides web-based tools for inspection capture, reporting, sharing, team access control, and related account workflows.

2. Acceptable use

  • You must use the service lawfully and only for authorized business purposes.
  • You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or misuse shared links.
  • You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

3. Accounts and security

  • You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your users.
  • You must promptly notify InspectIQ of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
  • InspectIQ may suspend access to protect service integrity or prevent misuse.

4. Beta service notice

InspectIQ is currently offered through beta onboarding. Features, workflows, and commercial terms may change during beta as the service evolves.

5. Fees and onboarding

Pricing and payment terms are agreed during onboarding and documented in your order form, proposal, or contract. You are responsible for paying applicable fees under that agreement.

6. Availability and support

We aim to provide reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, or events outside reasonable control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InspectIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you for the relevant period under your agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate access according to the agreed commercial terms. InspectIQ may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, or security risk.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Queensland, Australia.
