Selective pilot
Your inspection write-ups shouldn’t take longer than the inspection.
InspectIQ is an AI-assisted workflow that turns structured field notes and photos into review-ready inspection reports — so your team stops losing afternoons to admin.
Pilot intake is capped — we onboard one agency at a time

Workflow
Capture → AI draft → review → send
The old workflow is costing you more than you think
Scattered notes, inconsistent reports, hours of write-up every week. Teams switch when they hit the ceiling of what spreadsheets and manual processes can handle.
Stop writing up what you already inspected
Your team spends as long on the report as they do in the property. Structured capture becomes a review-ready draft — the write-up stops being the bottleneck.
Make every report read like your best PM wrote it
Templates and structured capture mean consistent output — even when five different people are inspecting across your portfolio.
Nothing falls through between inspection and follow-up
Findings get tracked through to action. Property history stays attached. Your team has the full picture next time — not just whatever they remember.
From the founder
I built InspectIQ because I watched property managers spend half their week on inspection admin that should have taken a fraction of the time. The inspections themselves were fine — the problem was everything after. Writing up reports from scattered notes, chasing consistency across a team, losing context between one routine inspection and the next.
The tools that exist either do too much and need a change-management project to adopt, or they’re glorified form-fillers that don’t actually reduce the work. I wanted something that fit into how agencies already operate — structured capture, AI-assisted drafting, human review before anything goes out the door.
We’re not trying to onboard a thousand agencies right now. We’re working with a small number of teams, learning from real inspection volume, and building the kind of tool that people recommend because it actually made their week shorter.
If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d like to hear from you.
